We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

- Personalized or custom-made products

Return process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at our customer support email with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
